To manage the complete logistics chain for transporting **964,600 Metric Tons of Russian Feed Barley** from origin to the Port of Anzali, Iran. The project involved complex coordination of rail transport to the port of Aktau, professional fumigation of the cargo in silos 10 days pre-shipment, and thorough disinfection of the vessel’s holds. The operation required meticulous preparation of all export documents, including the Bill of Lading, fumigation and disinfection certificates, and a detailed sealing report for the cargo holds of the M/V MELORIN.
